Salut! I’m LESTAFETTE.

Tasting and selecting the fine food and wine I find on my journeys around France is what I live for. When I’m on the road I look for a few things more than anything else: authenticity, taste, and of course, quality. While I still travel those countryside roads to collect my supplies, these days I deliver to the doorsteps of people on the other side of the world.

My aim is to bring artisan-created food and wines to Hong Kong – the work of true masters that champion quality at every step, using their know-how to create culinary treasures.

Taste the duck delicacies, appreciate the delicious salamis, and discover troves of white gold (what I call cheese)… and please, pair these little gems with a perfect wine. Something that captures the same history, that comes from wineries where wisdom is strong and hearts are full. Reds, whites, rosés… wines that exhale their perfume.
